The manor's guest book takes the reader to the early 20th century. The first entry is from December 28, 1916 when the construction of the current main building had just been completed.
After having familiarized yourself with the guest book, you will know why the rooms in the main building have been named after Sibelius and former presidents of Finland.
We are kindly asking all our guests to follow the motto the first writer has entered in the guest book:
"Be a friend to a house when you go in, and when you go out, do the same thing."
At Hahkiala you can choose from different types of accommodation facilities that best meet the needs of your group. You can choose from rooms of the main building and the apartments of Pehtoorila and Hyyrylä. The manor’s „suite“ is located in the vicinity of the garden – it used to be the cottage of the manor’s gardener Stenroos.
Every building has its own unique atmosphere. All spaces are beautifully decorated and they provide a view of the baroque garden or the lush green fields.
The Hahkiala Manor can accommodate a total of 45 persons. All accommodation spaces are non-smoking.
