Uiskolaavu Lean-to
Located at the southern end of Lake Kirrinen, the Uiskolaavu lean-to is the place to sit down and admire sunsets and northern lights. In the springtime it is an ideal place for listening to the concert of the elegant whooper swans.
Manor's Lean-to
In the vicinity ot the Manor, behind the sauna, there is a lean-to where guests can stay over night or sit down for a coffee and have a few peaceful moments between activities.
Lean-Tos
Nature enveloping the Hahkiala Manor is a constant source of pleasure and wonder. The manor is located in the midst of the beautiful Häme region, surrounded by lakes, fields and forests.
The lean-tos are a perfect place to connect with nature. You can, for example, sip a coffee at the lean-to near the manor's garden and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.
There are two other lean-tos in the manor's forest, and we will gladly guide you there by foot. The path winds its way along a ridge, country and forest roads, and forest trails that are easy to tread. Once you have reached the lean-to, you can sit down and enjoy soot-pot coffee and buns baked on a stick on open fire. For a big hunger, the manor's kitchen personnel will pack a generous meal for you, including tasty sausages that can be grilled at the lean-to.
In winter, the skiing routes maintained by the town are only a few steps away from the manor.
The manor has 500 hectacres of land and forests – an ideal starting point for experience travel.
