Facilities for meetings and group work

Hahkiala's versatile meeting facilities can cater for anything from small groups of 10 to large events with up to 70 attendees.

The main building houses Chancellor of Justice's Room, KF -cabinet, LIbrary and Glass Veranda. Granary, Riihi and Siilo -hall are located in the over 100 year old granary, located in the manor's courtyard.

All facilities have natural light and wireless connectivity.

Meeting facilities

Chancellor of Justice's Room

The biggest meeting room in the main building is located in the second floor. This former bedroom of Chancellor of Justice is fully equipped for a maximum of 30 delegates. 

Granary

Granary is the biggest meeting room in Hahkiala Manor with space for up to 70 delegates. This charming space is located in the second floor of the over 100-year-old building.

Library

This charming space is ideal for a board meeting or as a breakout room. This space is located in the first floor of the main building.

Riihi

Riihi is most suitable for informal meetings and theme parties. This relaxed space is located in the first floor of the granary building.

Siilo -hall

Siilo -hall is located in the bottom floor of the granary building. This 4 meter high open space with a huge folding-door is ideal for expositions, car launches, themed parties and countryside coffee breaks for up to 100 persons.

Breakout rooms

KF -cabinet

This room is located in the first floor of the main building. There is one set table for 8 persons available in this room. Thereby, this room is ideal for small board meetings or as a breakout room.

Library

Space with lots of history. Ideal as a breakout room.

Cognac Room

This corner room is located in the first floor of the main building. There are two tables for 4-6 persons available in the room.

Glass Veranda

Glass Veranda has a lot of day light and a beautiful scenery over the garden. Ideal as a breakout room and for smaller dinner parties.
