The manor's facilities are usually available upon request for groups, but on Mother's day and during the Hauho Music Festival we also welcome single guests.
On the 7th of July, our kitchen staff will prepare a traditional selection of 7 different sorts of pastries to be enjoyed during the concert intermission.
On Friday the 8th of July, an abundant buffet lunch is served prior to the concert, and on Saturday the 9th of July we treat our guests to a tasty brunch before the concert.

The manor's kitchen uses domestic ingredients, mainly of local produce, not to forget game and seafood. We put our love in our food, and the menus always include the best seasonal produce. Hahkiala's crayfish feasts are no less than legendary.
The manor's game menu is sure to impress even the most experienced epicure. We only use meats from non-domesticated animals, which guarantees an exquisite taste experience. We serve duck, wild boar, and venison.
