Hahkiala Manor - Conference room
Altogether there are 12 different conference rooms from 6 to 80 people.

Rooms are located in the Manor House, the granary, the steward house, the Hyyrylä and the lakeside sauna "Kultaranta". Each room has its own atmosphere, but common to all is working technology and good service.

Quality AV-equipment

An overhead projector, a screen and a flap board generally are standard equipment of the Conference Package. When needed a data/videoprojector, a CD/DVD player, a TV, a VCR and a slide projector are also available. There is also surround sound in Chancellor of Justice Hall.

Internet connection is in the Chancellor of Justice Hall and in the Karl Fazer Cabinet. Lady of the house, Carita Sarin, is glad to help you with your event planning and all the other arrangments. Please contact us for quatation.



The Manor House´s

There are nine different kind of rooms which can be used for meetings, group work or coctail events in the Manor House. There is natural light in all the rooms.

The Chancellor of Justice Hall

The Manor House´s biggest conference room, the Chancellor of Justice Hall, is located upstairs. If it's arranged theatre form, room can provide seats for 65, classroom form for 40 and U-table for 25. There is also Internet Connection (ADSL).

The Music Hall

The Manor House´s music hall is also upstairs. It is suitable for group work up to 15 people and cocktail-events for 60 people. There is a concert grand piano and two tiled stove from the early 1900s decorating the hall.

Suitable rooms for small groups

The Manor House´s downstairs you can find the Karl Fazer cabinet, a library, a manor room, a glass veranda, an entrance room, a hall and a dining Hall. They are suitable for meetings and teamwork for 6 - 24 people.

Cabinet named after present lord of the house and his grandfather´s father is suitable for management group and strategy meetings up to 8 people. In your own peace of the atmospheric room it is easy to make good plans and decisions. Internet connection is available.

The Library

The peaceful library suits well as a place for group work or as a place for small goups brainstorming discussion. Impressive tile stove in the corner ads warm atmosphere.

The Manor Room

When you want to gather up in the spirit of "Lord of Hahkiala", most fitting room is the stylish Manor Room downstairs. There will meetings come off successful and there is also nice to retire and relax after eating.

The Glass Veranda


From downstairs glass veranda you can see a magnificent view through garden to the lake. Behind the lake you can see Hauho´s beautiful medieval church. A delicious lunch or a cup of coffee during meeting in this room is an experience beyond compare. Glass veranda is also suitable as a group work room for 12 people.

The Entrance Room


The Manor House´s beautiful entrance room is decorated with original Jugend furniture. There is a fine collection of potraits of the Charpentier family members who owned the manor from 1652 to 1963.

Lower floor´s biedermeyer style furnished room is suitable for group work up to 8 people or for a coctail-event for max. 30 people.

The Dining Hall

In the dining hall you can enjoy the Manor´s delicious lunches and diners. Meeting groups usually enjoy lunch on buffet table. Serving on the tables is usually asked for diners. Most important is your and your groups comfort. We always organize serving based on your wishes.
